This group is designed to inform and educate women and men on a variety of measures to aid in readying their bodies, minds, and spirit for fertility. Acupuncture, massage, yoga, nutrition, and meditation will be the focus of our topics. You will learn safe, effective, drug-free, and natural approaches to treating infertility and enjoying a healthy pregnancy. Light healthy snacks will be served at each meetup.
