Fitness group for Mommies and Mommies to be. This group is led by Victoria Forman, Personal Trainer and Mommy of Emmett (6 weeks old). I'd love to help women in all stages of motherhood. I know from experience the importance of fitness during and after pregnancy, as well as a community to connect with other moms. Join if you'd like to meet other moms while getting/staying healthy.
We are a growing community of breastfeeding moms. We're here to support each other and offer advice. All women interested in breastfeeding are encouraged to attend group meetings regardless of membership status. Babies and toddlers are always welcome.
